Woori Financial Group Inc. is exploring avenues to enhance its non-banking sector by potentially entering the insurance market. The company has expressed interest through a non-binding memorandum of understanding with major shareholders of Tong Yang Life Insurance and ABL Life Insurance, although no final decisions have been made. Further updates are expected within three months or upon finalization of the acquisition details.
