Woori Financial Group has announced a quarterly cash dividend of KRW 180 per common share, set to be distributed within 20 days following the board’s resolution on April 26, 2024. The dividend record date is March 31, 2024, and the total dividend payout amounts to KRW 133,656,760,080 based on the number of outstanding shares. This resolution is part of the company’s commitment to delivering value to its shareholders.
