Woolworths Group Ltd has reported a 5.6% increase in revenue to $67,922 million for the 2024 fiscal year but faced a sharp 93.3% decline in profit after tax to $108 million due to significant impairment losses. The company announced a final dividend of 57 cents per share and a special dividend of 40 cents per share, both payable around September 30, 2024, with no changes to its Dividend Reinvestment Plan. Despite the profit drop, Woolworths continues to grow, acquiring several new subsidiaries within the year.
