Woolworths Group has ceased to be a substantial holder in Endeavour Group Limited, reducing its stake significantly on May 3, 2024. The move involved a block trade of 89,700,000 ordinary shares at $5.22 each. Furthermore, several subsidiaries have changed, with some entities becoming and others ceasing to be subsidiaries of Woolworths Group.
