Woolworths Group Ltd has disclosed a change in Director Holly Kramer’s interest, reporting no change in her direct shareholdings but an increase in NED Share Rights from 511 to 1,027, valued at $16,618.30, as of 13 June 2024. The transactions were part of the Woolworths Group Non-Executive Directors Equity Plan and did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
