Woodside Energy Group Ltd has issued a final director’s interest notice, announcing that Frank Charles Cooper ceased to be a director on April 24, 2024. The notice disclosed that Cooper had an interest in 16,904 ordinary fully paid shares held by CPU Share Plans Pty Ltd as trustee of the Non-Executive Directors’ Share Plan. No other director’s interests in contracts were reported.
