Wolters Kluwer Advances €1 Billion Share Buyback

Wolters Kluwer N.V. (GB:0NMU) has released an update.

Wolters Kluwer N.V., a global provider of professional information and solutions, has bought back 138,773 of its own shares for €21.3 million at an average price of €153.55. This is part of a larger €1 billion share repurchase program for 2024, with €647 million of the buybacks to be conducted by third parties. To date, the company has repurchased 5,300,822 shares at an average price of €146.89, aiming to reduce capital through share cancellation.
