WNS (Holdings) Limited has announced that Ms. Françoise Gri’s tenure as a Non-Executive Director is set to conclude on May 5, 2024. However, her term has been extended for an additional year, subject to re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting. The Board has expressed that her continued involvement is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.
