Glen Ibbott, with over 25 years of experience, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of WM Technology, Inc., the company behind the leading online cannabis marketplace Weedmaps, effective October 1, 2024. Recognized as an audit committee financial expert and meeting the independence requirements, Ibbott’s role will continue through the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. His vast expertise, particularly as the former CFO of Aurora Cannabis Inc., brings valuable insights as WM Technology aims to expand and advocate for legal cannabis access. In honor of his appointment, Ibbott will receive a one-time grant of restricted stock units, and he has entered into a standard indemnification agreement with the company.
