WM Technology, Inc. is experiencing changes in its leadership, with Fiona Tan stepping down from the board and all committee roles by the end of September 2024, citing no particular disagreements with the company. Meanwhile, Duncan Grazier, the Chief Technology Officer, resigned but will stay on as a Special Advisor until the end of October to ease the transition. His separation agreement includes nine months of his base salary plus a large portion of his target bonus, COBRA premiums for the same period, and accelerated vesting of stock units, alongside a customary release of claims.
