WM Technology CTO Resigns, Executive Chair Awarded Bonus

WM Technology (MAPS) just unveiled an update.

Duncan Grazier, WM Technology’s CTO, has resigned without any conflict, staying on as an advisor until October to facilitate a smooth transition. The company is now hunting for a new CTO for their upcoming Austin office. Meanwhile, Executive Chair Douglas Francis received a hefty $835,000 bonus for his exceptional contributions to the company’s success in the last fiscal year.
