Wizz Air Holdings Plc has announced the award of 1055 shares as partial payment to its non-executive board members for services rendered in the three months ending March 31, 2024. The shares were acquired by a third-party broker on behalf of directors Andrew S. Broderick, Phit Lian Chong, and Stephen Johnson at a price of £23.36 per share on April 9, 2024, in Budapest, Hungary.
