Wix.com Ltd., an Israeli public company defined by the Companies Law, has updated its Articles of Association, delineating the rights and obligations of shareholders, share capital structure, and company purpose. The updated Articles, effective as of September 9, 2024, govern matters from general meetings to share issuance and liability, aligning corporate actions with legal provisions. Shareholders are granted rights such as voting, dividends, and a share in surplus assets distribution, with the company’s liability limited to the unpaid nominal value of shares held.
