Wisr Limited has announced a significant change in director Cathryn Lyall’s interests, with the acquisition of 154,173 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares valued at $5,202.50 through an on-market trade. This change, effective as of 25 June 2024, has been reported to the ASX in compliance with listing rules and marks Lyall’s first reported securities holding in the company.
