WiseTech Global Director Sells Shares On-Market

Wisetech Global Ltd. (AU:WTC) has released an update.

WiseTech Global Limited recently disclosed a change in the director’s interest, indicating that Richard White, through his majority ownership of RealWise Holdings Pty Limited, has sold 347,969 ordinary shares at an average price of $132.38 per share. Following this transaction, the indirect holdings of White have decreased to 116,009,245 ordinary shares, with the changes executed through on-market trades.
