WiseTech Global Director Sells Shares

Wisetech Global Ltd. (AU:WTC) has released an update.

WiseTech Global’s director, Richard White, has altered his stake in the company through on-market trades between June 21 and June 28, 2024, selling 439,345 ordinary shares at an average price of $95.19 each. As a result, White’s indirect interest via RealWise Holdings Pty Limited now amounts to 117,837,565 shares. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the trades were not executed during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
