Wisetech Global Ltd. (AU:WTC) has released an update.
WiseTech Global Limited has announced a change in the indirect interest of director Richard White, where a total of 360,007 ordinary shares, valued at an average price of $96.81 each, were sold in on-market trades between May 31 and June 6, 2024. As a result, the total indirect holding of White’s company RealWise Holdings Pty Limited in WiseTech Global now stands at 118,932,699 shares. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
