Wise PLC Class A (GB:WISE) has released an update.
Wise PLC has announced the grant of awards for Class A ordinary shares under its Long Term Incentive Plan to key executives, including Diana Avila Gonzalez and Isabel Naidoo. The shares have been awarded at no cost, with a total volume of 274,202 shares, and are set to be released quarterly from April 15, 2024, contingent upon continued service.
