Wise PLC has announced its updated share capital and voting rights, revealing that its CEO, Kristo Käärmann, holds over 50% of the total voting rights. The company’s issued capital includes over 1 billion Class A and nearly 400 million Class B shares, with a current total of over 3 billion voting rights. However, Käärmann’s voting power is capped below 50% of the total votes eligible for shareholder resolutions, ensuring no single shareholder has majority control.
