Wise PLC Class A (GB:WISE) has released an update.
Wise PLC has announced changes in its total voting rights and capital structure, revealing that its CEO, Kristo Käärmann, now holds over 50% of the total voting rights. However, his influence is limited by a cap in the company’s articles of association, ensuring his vote does not exceed 49.99% of the total while he is CEO. The update also noted a significant reduction in voting rights for Class B shares, adjusting the total exercisable voting rights across both Class A and Class B shares to just under 3 billion.
