Wise PLC Class A (GB:WISE) has released an update.
Wise PLC has announced changes in its total voting rights, with Class A shares holding 1,024,777,252 votes and adjusted Class B shares totaling 2,045,101,294 votes after accounting for a cap on CEO Kristo Käärmann’s voting power. The total exercisable voting rights in the company now stand at 3,069,878,546. Käärmann’s influence is limited to ensure his shareholding does not exceed 50% of voting rights as long as he remains CEO.
