Wisdom Wealth Resources Investment Holding Group Limited has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on June 8, 2024, for a proposed share subscription with a subscriber company, involving new shares worth up to HK$150 million. The subscriber is associated with Asia Tele-Net and is considered a connected person to the company due to the involvement of Mr. Lam Kwok Hing, who has a significant interest in Asia Tele-Net. The subscription price is still under negotiation, with the MOU set to expire on December 7, 2024, unless extended in writing.
