Winshine Science Co., Ltd. has conditionally agreed to allot and issue 23 million new shares to a subscriber for HK$0.20 each, aiming to raise HK$4.6 million in gross proceeds. This move, representing about 18.8% of the pre-transaction shares, is subject to the approval of independent shareholders and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Funds raised will be used as general working capital for the group.
