Winking Studios Limited has issued a corrigendum to their 2023 Annual Report, correcting share award details and the description of dividends. They clarified the awarding of shares to employees under the Winking Studios Performance Share Plan, with vesting periods from 2026 to 2030, and amended the dividend terminology from ‘special and final dividend’ to ‘special dividend’. All other details in the report remain the same.
