Winfull Group Announces New Subsidiary Tenancy Deals

Winfull Group Holdings Limited (HK:0183) has released an update.

Winfull Group Holdings Limited’s subsidiary Monilea has entered into a new two-year tenancy agreement with iOne, starting September 2024, with a monthly rent of HK$224,000 and six months of rent-free periods across the two years. A similar agreement was made between another subsidiary, Clear Access, and iOne Translations, both connected to executive Director Mr. Pong, for a monthly rent of HK$42,000. These transactions fall under connected transactions but are exempt from requiring independent shareholder approval.
