Windtree Therapeutics CFO Resigns Amid Cost-Cutting Measures

Windtree Therapeutics (WINT) has released an update.

Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. has announced the mutual resignation of John A. Tattory as Interim Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer, coinciding with the company’s cost-cutting efforts. This change, effective February 15, 2024, bears no relation to internal disagreements. President and CEO Craig E. Fraser will temporarily take over Tattory’s duties, while Tattory will continue to consult for the company via LifeSci Associates.
