Karya Jasa Bersahabat Internasional, securing a prepayment facility of up to $30 million for gold deliveries. The contract stipulates a nine-month delivery window for gold with over 92% purity, with a potential three-month extension, and sets the price at a 5-7% discount to the spot price depending on the timing of delivery.
