Wilton Resources Inc. is set to raise $500,000 through a non-brokered private placement of units, with each unit consisting of a common share and a purchase warrant, aimed at supporting general corporate initiatives and potential acquisition of international oil and gas properties. Additionally, the company has launched a new private placement to secure between $500,000 and $2.5 million, offering units at a higher price, with similar terms for the warrants. Both offerings include a finder’s fee for Haywood Securities Inc. and are subject to a statutory hold period.
