WAM Capital Ltd. (AU:WAM) has released an update.
Wilson Asset Management Group has disclosed an indirect deemed relevant interest in Yowie Group Limited’s shares, despite not owning any direct shares, due to its over 20% voting power in both Keybridge Capital Limited and HHY Fund. The group asserts that it does not have control or influence over these entities’ direction or control, as detailed in a recent formal notice. The notice was necessitated by requirements of the Corporations Act 2001 to disclose substantial holding changes.
