Wilson Asset Management Group has announced that while they indirectly hold a deemed relevant interest in Yowie Group Limited through holdings in Keybridge Capital Limited and HHY Fund, they do not possess direct shares or influence over Yowie Group’s direction. This interest arises from their combined voting power exceeding 20% in both KBC and HHY, despite lacking control over these entities’ decisions or their investments.
