Wilmington plc (GB:WIL) has released an update.
Wilmington plc has announced the granting of Save As You Earn (SAYE) options to employees at an exercise price of £2.81 per share, which will vest over three years. The options, part of the 2018 SAYE Scheme, were also extended to key directors, including Executive Director Mark Milner who received 6,405 shares. Wilmington, a global leader in Risk & Compliance, Healthcare, and Professional sectors, is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
