Wilmington Expands with Phoenix Health & Safety Acquisition

Wilmington PLC has acquired Phoenix Health & Safety for £30.25 million, enhancing its position in the growing health, safety, and environmental training market. The acquisition aligns with Wilmington’s strategy to expand in Governance, Risk and Compliance markets and is expected to boost earnings. This move follows last year’s acquisition of Astutis, further strengthening Wilmington’s training capabilities.
