Wilmar International Limited has announced board changes effective from April 19, 2024, including the retirement of Mr. Teo Siong Seng and the appointment of Mr. George Yong-Boon Yeo as Non-Executive and Independent Directors. The company’s executive leadership remains headed by Mr. Kuok Khoon Hong as Chairman and CEO, with board composition and committee structures unchanged.
