Wilmar International (SG:F34) has released an update.
Wilmar International Limited has announced an update to its Board of Directors, set to take effect from 21 August 2024. Mr Gregory Morris will resign as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, and his alternate, Mr Juan Ricardo Luciano, will also cease his directorship. In replacement, Mr Gary Thomas McGuigan will join as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director with Mr Luciano appointed as his alternate.
