Willow Biosciences Targets C$3M Capital Raise

Willow Biosciences Inc (TSE:WLLW) has released an update.

Willow Biosciences Inc. is set to raise up to C$3.0 million through a private placement of 30,000,000 units at C$0.10 each, with the proceeds aimed at advancing its biotechnology endeavors, including a partnership with Laurus Labs. The units come with one common share and a half warrant, allowing purchase of additional shares at C$0.13 for three years. This capital boost is expected to fund the company’s operations and product development well into the end of 2025.
