Willdan Group Announces Board of Directors Changes

Willdan Group (WLDN) has shared an announcement.

Keith W. Renken has retired and resigned from his position on the Board of Directors of Willdan Group, Inc., effective immediately, a departure which carries no implications of disagreement with the company’s operations or policies. Concurrent with his departure, the board has been downsized to seven directors, and Wanda K. Reder, a board member since 2021, will join the Audit Committee. Willdan has publicly announced these changes via a press release.
