Widgie Nickel Limited has reported a change in the holdings of director Johannes Stig Norregaard, who has increased his indirect interests through acquisitions linked to the company’s recent Rights Issue. Norregaard, through various family and superannuation trusts, acquired 241,930 ordinary shares at $0.04 each and 120,966 options as part of the Rights Issue that closed on 8 May 2024, with the shares and options issued on 15 May 2024.
