Wide Open Agriculture Ltd., an innovative Ag-tech company, has announced an extension of their fundraising offers until 12 July 2024, post a general meeting for shareholder approval. The company has already raised $0.89 million in Tranche 1 and secured $6.1 million in commitments for Tranche 2, aiming to scale up production of their lupin-derived Buntine Protein®. This plant-based protein ingredient is gaining traction for its climate-conscious and versatile properties in food manufacturing.
