Wickes Group PLC has recently bought back 53,123 of its ordinary shares through Peel Hunt LLP, with prices ranging from 173.4 to 175.4 pence per share. These shares are set to be cancelled, which will leave the company with an issued share capital of 242,066,299 shares, representing the total number of voting rights. This move is part of a larger buyback program that has seen Wickes purchase over 17.5 million shares.
