Wickes Group Advances Share Buyback Program

Wickes Group (GB:WIX) has released an update.

Wickes Group PLC has recently executed a buyback of 56,988 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 169.6 pence per share, which they intend to cancel. This latest purchase is part of a larger buyback program, with a total of 17,086,507 shares bought back by the company to date. Once cancelled, Wickes’s total number of voting rights will be reduced to 242,551,491.
