WIA Gold Limited has informed the ASX of the cessation of Steven Michael as a director on April 18, 2024. Prior to his departure, Steven Michael held significant interests in the company, including 841,336 unlisted options exercisable at $0.05 and $0.10, respectively, expiring on September 30, 2024, and 400,000 ordinary shares through two corporate entities.
