Whitebark Energy Limited (ASX: WBE) has requested a trading halt in anticipation of a significant announcement regarding a third-party proposal for its Wizard Lake assets and a planned capital raising for its Australian Geothermal Portfolio. The halt is effective prior to the opening of the market on June 7, 2024, and will be lifted upon the forthcoming announcement or by the start of trading on June 12, 2024, whichever comes first.
