Whitebark Energy Ltd has announced a significant change in Director Matthew Duval White’s stakes in the company, with an acquisition of 5,500,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and 10,000,000 Unlisted Options, as approved by shareholders during an EGM on March 8, 2024. These changes, effective on March 28, 2024, have resulted in Mr. White’s increased holding to 6,496,667 Ordinary Shares and 10,000,000 Options exercisable at $0.03 each by March 2027.
