With a wealth of experience from his prior roles at Farmers Group, Inc. and Zurich Insurance Company, Harrison will earn a base salary of $600,000, with additional incentives, including a $750,000 signing bonus. Meanwhile, Liam Caffrey has been appointed President while retaining his role as CFO, with his current compensation unchanged.
