White Cliff Minerals Limited has announced a significant change in Director Eric Sondergaard’s interests, with the acquisition of 105 million Class D, E, and F Performance Rights, in addition to his existing holdings of over 34 million ordinary shares and over 2 million options. This change, which took effect on June 10, 2024, followed shareholder approval and has been formally disclosed to the ASX in compliance with listing rules.
