Whitbread plc (GB:WTB) has released an update.
Whitbread PLC has launched a £150 million share buy-back program to return surplus capital to shareholders and improve earnings per share. The program, which is being executed by Morgan Stanley and will run until October 14, 2024, involves repurchasing and cancelling Whitbread’s Ordinary Shares. This move is expected to occur within regulatory guidelines and will be announced in a timely manner following each transaction.
