Whitbread (GB:WTB) has released an update.
Whitbread PLC has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 165,559 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging between 2,940.00p and 2,980.00p per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 2,965.99p. Since April 30, 2024, the company has bought back a total of 3,884,214 shares, amounting to nearly £116 million. Post-transaction, Whitbread’s total voting rights stand at 180,650,865 shares.
