Whitbread (GB:WTB) has released an update.
Whitbread PLC successfully passed all resolutions during their Annual General Meeting, with particularly strong support for the final dividend declaration of 62.9p per share and the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as the auditor. The resolutions, which included director elections and share-related authorizations, received an overall high approval rate from shareholders. The outcomes are now available for public inspection on the National Storage Mechanism’s website.
