Wheels Up Experience Inc. has appointed David Holtz as the Chief Operating Officer of Wheels Up Partners LLC, effective February 5, 2024. Bringing over four decades of flight operations expertise, Holtz transitions from a senior VP role at Delta to spearhead operational oversight at Wheels Up. His compensation includes a $475,000 base salary, potential annual bonuses, annual equity awards, and additional executive benefits. Holtz’s appointment is independent of any familial ties or undisclosed transactions that would necessitate regulatory disclosure.
