David Adelman has resigned from the Board of Directors to pursue other professional interests, with no disagreements cited regarding company operations. Gregory L. Summe, with an extensive background in investment and leadership roles including at Carlyle Group and PerkinElmer, has been appointed in his stead. Summe brings a wealth of experience to the Board, having served on numerous other company boards and holding a distinguished educational background. His appointment is expected to align with the standard compensation for independent directors.
